"Early in life I had to choose between honest arrogance and hypocritical humility. I chose the former and have seen no reason to change"

- Frank Lloyd Wright

I know Whit loves OK GO. Actually, truthfully, I’m not aware of his affinity for their sound (as we have never discussed it) but I am more than knowledgeable of his crush on their videos. How do I know of this crush? Well, because he blogs about the videos…and often. So when I came across this (awesome) video I watched it my ownself a coupla times and then passed it on to my friend (that’s Whit). I’m guessing he watched it a few times, ooowww-ed and awwww-ed over the production and the editing, shared it with a few friends, researched it, and then decided to blog, blog, blog. This is all just a guess, but I think I said that already. Hmmmm…well, regardless of his order of actions, he did blog about it at some point, and the post is great. And that black link above will take you to that blog post, where you could read his comments on the video and have just as much fun watching OK GO sing “This Too Shall Pass” while participating in the amazingness which is one very large game of Mouse Trap with the members of OK GO being the mice. It’s that good…all of it.

"eeeeewwwwww. turned off, forever. i don’t think you can recover from that. not sure how you wrap that one up, but obviously onward and upward."

A girl-friend’s multiple exclamatory responses to my telling her my story of “How The Date Ended”.

I found the man I am going to marry, Mathieu Crepel. Olympic athlete, ironic hipster, yet I dont speak a word of French. Could someone help me out with how to say “I do”?

“Up Up & Away” by Kid Cudi

Despite the supposed topic of the song (it is nicknamed the “wake and bake song”), this song makes me delightfully happy…a great beat.

The Importance of "Having Hand". A Whole Lotta Questions.

Jerry: I know, you told me you like her, everything is going good.

George: No everything is not going good. I’m very uncomfortable. I have no power. I mean, why should she have the upper hand. Once in my life I would like the upper hand. I have no hand— no hand at all. She has the hand; I have no hand. How do I get the hand?

Jerry: We all want the hand. Hand is tough to get. You gotta get the hand right from the opening.
***
GEORGE: Jerry, let me tell you something, “A man without hand is not a man.” I got so much hand I’m coming out of my gloves.

***
NOEL (GEORGE’S GIRL): I … am breaking up … with you!
GEORGE: You can’t break up with me. I’ve got hand.

***

He likes me. I kinda like him. He likes me. We kiss. I dont like him. He texts. I text. We kiss. I like him. We e-mail. I kinda like him. I text. He doesnt respond for two days. All of a sudden I like him.

Exactly.

Im not a game player, but was George Costanza right? Is “having hand” in the beginning stages of dating important? Do I like “him” because he is playing it cool, possibly dating others…obtaining “hand” by abstaining from contact for a few days. Or is it something else? Is he just as unsure about me as I am about him? Does our interest in one another resemble a set of pistons, as one rises the other mechanically falls? Or do I really just like him, or for that matter just dont like him? Questions. Hmmmm. I dont know, but I do know that I have been thinking about it…and well, him, so I guess there’s that…whatever that is. And I think (for me) that’s a lot….

Exactly.

“When he reaches his moment of fullfillment a small moan from yourself is encouraging to him and quite sufficient to indicate any enjoyment you might have had.”
Thankful I’m a product of the 80’s and not the 40’s.

“Hot Mess” by Cobra Starship

An excellent party song, but a title to never hope to achieve. Keep it classy San FranDisco…
